Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have a 14-day cooling off period for digital subscriptions purchased online.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day cooling off period:

  1. Email support@trackingmymood.com with your request
  2. Include the email address used for your subscription
  3. State that you wish to cancel and receive a refund

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Cancel subscription" in the Stripe customer portal
