Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have a 14-day cooling off period for digital subscriptions purchased online.

You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Simply contact us at support@trackingmymood.com.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day cooling off period:
- Email support@trackingmymood.com with your request
- Include the email address used for your subscription
- State that you wish to cancel and receive a refund
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After the Cooling Off Period
After the 14-day cooling off period has passed:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the cooling off period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Open the app and tap the account icon (👤)
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel subscription" in the Stripe customer portal
Alternatively, email us at support@trackingmymood.com and we will cancel it for you.
Refunds for Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us. We assess these requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer:
- A full or partial refund
- An extension to your subscription
- Technical support to resolve the issue
Free Features
Tracking My Mood offers core features for free with no account required:
- Mood tracking and journaling
- Basic insights and charts
- Meal recommendations
- All data stored locally on your device
Premium features (cloud sync, advanced analytics, extended history) require a paid subscription.
